Guest Experience Advisor

• Engaging with visitors in a friendly and professional manner to determine their needs and preferences
• Providing accurate information about products or services to assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions
• Actively listening to visitor concerns and address any questions or issues promptly and effectively
• Meeting or exceeding sales targets and goals set by management
• Collaborating with team members to ensure a positive and cohesive work environment
• Participating in sales training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge

• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role
• Proven experience in a sales or customer service role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
• Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Basic math skills for processing transactions and calculating discounts or promotions
• Communication skills

• A high level of sense of responsibility

Knowledge of inventory management systems is advantageous
