Job Responsibility:

  • Shampoo and maintain all carpets and upholstery
  • Complete assigned projects thoroughly and in time allotted
  • Select appropriate cleaning chemicals and necessary personal protective equipment
  • Identify and report preventative or other maintenance issues in public areas or guest rooms
  • Report any maintenance problems, safety hazards, accidents, or injuries
  • Complete safety training and certifications
  • Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information
  • Anticipate and address guests' service needs
  • Assist individuals with disabilities
  • Thank guests with genuine appreciation
  • Listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of other employees
