Job Description:

Guest Environment Experts are responsible for housekeeping functions to maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the hotel. They play a critical role in creating a memorable and unique guest experience.

Job Responsibility:

Delivering guest requests
stocking carts
cleaning rooms and public spaces
ensuring the hotel’s spaces provide a great guest experience
performing other reasonable job duties as requested

Requirements:

Ensuring a safe workplace
following company policies and procedures
maintaining confidentiality
upholding quality standards
ensuring your uniform, personal appearance, and communications are professional
being able to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time
being able to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance
