Job Description:

The Guest Environment Expert ensures a memorable and unique guest experience through various housekeeping functions, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and service. They work hands-on to enhance the hotel’s environment and exemplify The Ritz-Carlton Gold Standards while fostering a culture of excellence.

Job Responsibility:

Delivering guest requests
stocking carts
cleaning rooms and public spaces
maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of the whole hotel

Requirements:

Ensuring a safe workplace
following company policies and procedures
maintaining confidentiality
upholding quality standards
ensuring your uniform, personal appearance, and communications are professional
ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds without assistance
standing, sitting, or walking for an extended time
performing other reasonable job duties as requested
