Job Description:

The role focuses on maintaining a clean and memorable guest environment at The Ritz-Carlton Santiago by ensuring cleanliness, professionalism, and adherence to the brand’s high standards. It involves hands-on work and fostering a guest-centered experience.

Job Responsibility:

Delivering guest requests
stocking carts
cleaning rooms and public spaces
maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of the hotel
ensuring the “Gold Standards” of The Ritz-Carlton are delivered graciously and thoughtfully
creating a memorable and unique guest experience.

Requirements:

Ensuring a safe workplace
following company policies and procedures
maintaining confidentiality
upholding quality standards
ensuring professional uniform, personal appearance, and communication
being able to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
hands-on work (including moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects up to 50 lbs without assistance)
performing other reasonable job duties as requested.
