Job Description:

Our Guest Environment Experts are responsible for maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of the hotel, ensuring guest spaces create a memorable and unique experience. Responsibilities include delivering guest requests, stocking carts, cleaning rooms and public areas, and adhering to company policies and procedures.

Job Responsibility:

Maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of the hotel
delivering guest requests
stocking carts
cleaning rooms and public spaces
creating a great guest experience
performing other reasonable job duties as requested.

Requirements:

Ensuring a safe workplace
following company policies and procedures
maintaining confidentiality
upholding quality standards
ensuring uniform, personal appearance, and communications are professional
ability to stand, sit, or walk for an extended time
ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds without assistance
ability to take a hands-on approach to work.
