Job Description:

Our Guest Environment Experts are skilled in a wide range of housekeeping functions with responsibility for maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of the hotel to help create a great guest experience. This role includes delivering guest requests, stocking carts, and cleaning rooms and public spaces while ensuring professionalism, safety, and quality standards.

Job Responsibility:

Delivering guest requests
stocking carts
cleaning rooms and public spaces
maintaining appearance and cleanliness of the hotel
ensuring spaces in the hotel create a great guest experience.

Requirements:

Ensuring a safe workplace
following company policies and procedures
maintaining confidentiality
upholding quality standards
ensuring uniform, personal appearance, and communications are professional
being on feet and moving around (stand, sit, or walk for extended time)
taking a hands-on approach (move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds without assistance)
performing other reasonable job duties as requested.
