Job Description:

The Guest Environment Expert is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and the appearance of the hotel while ensuring an exceptional guest experience. The role requires physical activity, attention to detail, and the ability to work professionally as part of a team.

Job Responsibility:

Maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of the whole hotel
delivering guest requests
stocking carts
cleaning rooms and public spaces
performing other reasonable job duties as requested.

Requirements:

Ensuring a safe work place
following company policies and procedures
maintaining confidentiality
upholding quality standards
ensuring uniform, personal appearance, and communications are professional
physical ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance.
