Job Description:

Our Guest Environment Experts are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of the hotel, delivering guest requests, cleaning public spaces, and more. They ensure a safe and professional work environment and uphold company standards to create memorable experiences for guests.

Job Responsibility:

Delivering guest requests
stocking carts
cleaning rooms and public spaces
ensuring hotel spaces contribute to a great guest experience
maintaining appearance and cleanliness of the whole hotel.

Requirements:

Ensuring a safe workplace
following company policies and procedures
maintaining confidentiality
upholding quality standards
ensuring uniform, personal appearance, and communications are professional
ability to stand, sit, or walk for an extended time
ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds without assistance
performing other reasonable job duties as requested.
