Job Description:

The Guest Environment Expert is responsible for providing a clean and welcoming hotel environment that ensures memorable and unique guest experiences. Tasks include cleaning, stocking, delivering guest requests, and maintaining the overall cleanliness and appearance of the hotel.

Job Responsibility:

Maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of the whole hotel
delivering guest requests
stocking carts
cleaning rooms and public spaces
moving around to perform necessary tasks
building memorable and unique guest experiences

Requirements:

Ensuring a safe workplace
following company policies and procedures
maintaining confidentiality
upholding quality standards
ensuring uniform, personal appearance, and communications are professional
being able to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing up to 50 pounds
performing housekeeping tasks
