Job Description:

Guest Environment Experts are skilled in housekeeping functions with responsibility for maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of the hotel, ensuring great guest experiences through clean rooms, public spaces, and guest service delivery.

Job Responsibility:

Maintaining appearance and cleanliness of the whole hotel
Delivering guest requests
Stocking carts
Cleaning rooms and public spaces
Building memorable and unique guest experiences

Requirements:

Skilled in a wide range of housekeeping functions
Ensuring a safe workplace
Following company policies and procedures
Maintaining confidentiality
Upholding quality standards
Maintaining professional uniform, personal appearance, and communications
Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended time
Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance
