Our Guest Environment Experts maintain the appearance and cleanliness of the hotel while delivering exceptional guest experiences. This role involves a wide range of housekeeping functions, including cleaning rooms, public spaces, and delivering guest requests, with a focus on creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.

Job Responsibility:

Delivering guest requests
stocking carts
cleaning rooms and public spaces
maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of the whole hotel
ensuring spaces help create a great guest experience.

Requirements:

Ensuring a safe workplace

maintaining confidentiality
upholding quality standards
ensuring professional uniform, personal appearance, and communications
