Job Description:

The Guest Environment Expert is responsible for maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of the hotel, delivering guest requests, and ensuring a memorable guest experience. The role requires physical activity, professional demeanor, and adherence to policies and standards.

Job Responsibility:

Maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of the whole hotel
delivering guest requests
stocking carts
cleaning rooms and public spaces
fostering a memorable and unique guest experience.

Requirements:

Ensuring a safe workplace
following company policies and procedures
maintaining confidentiality
upholding quality standards
ensuring uniform, personal appearance, and communications are professional
being able to stand, sit, or walk for an extended time
moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling objects weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds without assistance
