Job Description:

Guest Environment Experts are skilled in housekeeping functions with responsibility for maintaining hotel appearance and cleanliness. They create memorable and unique guest experiences through various cleaning and service tasks.

Job Responsibility:

Maintaining appearance and cleanliness of the whole hotel
Delivering guest requests
Stocking carts
Cleaning rooms and public spaces
Creating great guest experiences

Requirements:

Skilled in a wide range of housekeeping functions
Ensuring a safe work place
Following company policies and procedures
Maintaining confidentiality
Upholding quality standards
Maintaining professional uniform, personal appearance, and communications
Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended time
Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds without assistance
