Job Description:

Our Guest Environment Experts handle various housekeeping functions to maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the Sheraton Mexico City Maria Isabel Hotel. Their mission is to ensure spaces in the hotel contribute to a great guest experience through engaging and professional service.

Job Responsibility:

Delivering guest requests
stocking carts
cleaning rooms and public spaces
maintaining appearance and cleanliness of the hotel
creating a memorable and unique guest experience.

Requirements:

Ensuring a safe workplace
following company policies and procedures
maintaining confidentiality
upholding quality standards
ensuring uniform, personal appearance, and communications are professional
ability to work on feet and move around (stand, sit, or walk for extended periods)
ability to lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance.
