Job Description:

Guest Environment Experts are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the hotel while creating a memorable guest experience. The role entails delivering requests, cleaning spaces, and adhering to quality standards to ensure excellence in care and comfort.

Job Responsibility:

Delivering guest requests
stocking carts
cleaning rooms and public spaces
ensuring spaces create a great guest experience
other reasonable job duties as requested

Requirements:

Ensuring a safe work place
following company policies and procedures
maintaining confidentiality
upholding quality standards
ensuring your uniform, personal appearance, and communications are professional
ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds without assistance
standing, sitting, or walking for an extended time
