Job Description:

Guest Environment Expert role focuses on maintaining hotel cleanliness and delivering an exceptional guest experience through hands-on housekeeping tasks, adherence to policies, and creating a welcoming environment.

Job Responsibility:

Maintain the appearance and cleanliness of the hotel
ensure quality standards
deliver guest requests
stock carts
clean rooms and public spaces.

Requirements:

Ensure a safe work place
follow company policies and procedures
maintain confidentiality
uphold quality standards
ensure professional uniform, personal appearance, and communication
ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended time
ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds without assistance
other reasonable job duties as requested.
