Job Description:

Our jobs aren’t just about giving guests a clean room and a freshly made bed. Instead, we want to build an experience that is memorable and unique. Our Guest Environment Experts focus on maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of the whole hotel, ensuring spaces contribute to a great guest experience. Employees must ensure safety, professionalism in appearance and communication, and follow company policies. Responsibilities include physical tasks such as lifting objects up to 50 pounds.

Job Responsibility:

Delivering guest requests
stocking carts
cleaning rooms
cleaning public spaces
maintaining the appearance of the hotel
assisting with other reasonable job duties as requested.

Requirements:

Ensuring a safe workplace
following company policies and procedures
maintaining confidentiality
upholding quality standards
ensuring professional uniform, personal appearance, and communication
ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance.
