Job Description:

Guest Environment Experts are skilled in housekeeping functions with responsibility for maintaining hotel appearance and cleanliness. They deliver guest requests, stock carts, clean rooms and public spaces to create great guest experiences at Residence Inn by Marriott Miami Beach South Beach.

Job Responsibility:

Maintaining appearance and cleanliness of the whole hotel
Delivering guest requests
Stocking carts
Cleaning rooms and public spaces
Building relationships grounded in teamwork
Providing service with human touch to business and leisure travelers

Requirements:

Skilled in a wide range of housekeeping functions
Ensuring a safe work place
Following company policies and procedures
Maintaining confidentiality
Upholding quality standards
Maintaining professional uniform, personal appearance, and communications
Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended time
Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds without assistance
