Job Description:

The Guest Environment Expert is responsible for a wide range of housekeeping functions, ensuring the appearance and cleanliness of the hotel while creating memorable guest experiences. They must uphold company policies, quality standards, and maintain professionalism.

Job Responsibility:

Deliver guest requests
stock carts
clean rooms and public spaces
maintain the appearance and cleanliness of the hotel
ensure spaces create a great guest experience.

Requirements:

Stand, sit, or walk for an extended time
move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds without assistance
ensure a safe workplace
follow company policies and procedures
maintain confidentiality
uphold quality standards
maintain professional uniform, personal appearance, and communications.
