Whether delivering guest requests, stocking carts, cleaning rooms and public spaces, or other similar responsibilities, the Guest Environment Expert makes sure the spaces in the hotel help create a great guest experience.

  • Manage front desk coverage during regular weekday business hours while maintaining an orderly reception workspace and following desk organization standards
  • Monitor expected arrivals, coordinate with internal contacts regarding visitor attendance, and direct guests to the appropriate host or meeting location
  • Oversee meeting rooms throughout the day by straightening furniture, removing leftover materials, clearing writing surfaces, and maintaining a presentation-ready appearance
  • Keep the reception lounge and shared office spaces neat by aligning seating, organizing reading materials, removing waste promptly, and addressing spills or visible issues quickly
  • Conduct routine inspections of common areas, complete daily facility check records, and escalate building or maintenance concerns to the appropriate support contacts
  • Handle incoming mail, packages, and office deliveries while assisting with access badge distribution and other front office support tasks as needed
  • Restock office and copy areas, refill paper and basic supplies at the start of the day, and support upkeep of coffee stations and snack areas
  • Report equipment malfunctions, cleaning concerns, security incidents, or building system issues promptly and coordinate service requests with the designated facilities contact
  • Assist with vendor or food delivery arrivals so scheduled workplace services can be set up smoothly and on time
