Job Responsibility:
Research and pitch culturally relevant, high-impact guest talent that aligns with The Diary of a CEO’s audience and brand
Manage end-to-end guest logistics, including outreach, scheduling, briefing, travel, gifting, and paperwork
Track guest performance and trends, feeding insights into future booking decisions
Source and maintain contact lists for talent, agents, and publicists
Support team admin — from managing release forms to booking taxis, hotels, and flights
Keep decks and guest trackers updated, and proactively suggest fresh guest ideas
Stay deeply aware of global news, digital trends, and cultural shifts that could shape upcoming bookings
Requirements:
Excellent research and communication skills, with the ability to write persuasive, on-brand guest pitches
Strong organisational and problem-solving skills, with a calm, professional approach under pressure
High awareness of digital trends, talent landscapes, and global cultural moments — a genuine finger on the pulse
