Job Description

To support the consistent delivery of high-quality guest bookings on The Diary of a CEO by researching, pitching, and coordinating world-class talent — ensuring every guest aligns with the show’s blueprint and that no detail is missed across the process. This role sits at the heart of the show’s success: connecting big ideas, global talent, and cultural moments with the conversations that shape the world.

  • Manage end-to-end guest logistics, including outreach, scheduling, briefing, travel, gifting, and paperwork
  • Track guest performance and trends, feeding insights into future booking decisions
  • Source and maintain contact lists for talent, agents, and publicists
  • Support team admin — from managing release forms to booking taxis, hotels, and flights
  • Keep decks and guest trackers updated, and proactively suggest fresh guest ideas
  • Stay deeply aware of global news, digital trends, and cultural shifts that could shape upcoming bookings

Requirements

  • Excellent research and communication skills, with the ability to write persuasive, on-brand guest pitches
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving skills, with a calm, professional approach under pressure
  • High awareness of digital trends, talent landscapes, and global cultural moments — a genuine finger on the pulse
  • Confidence and professionalism when engaging with publicists, agents, and high-profile individuals
  • A self-starter mindset — comfortable managing multiple priorities and moving quickly
