Job Description:

First impressions are everything. When guests arrive at our hotels, we want that impression to be memorable. Guest Arrival Experts take the initiative to deliver a wide range of services that guide guests through their arrival and departure experiences. They are empowered to move about their space and do what needs to be done.

Job Responsibility:

Deliver services that guide guests through arrival and departure experiences
Process operational needs
Address guest requests
Complete reports
Share highlights of the local area
Maintain professional uniform, personal appearance, and communications
Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects (up to 50 pounds without assistance, over 75 pounds with assistance)

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
No related work experience
No supervisory experience
No license or certification required
