First impressions are everything. Guest Arrival Experts take the initiative to deliver a wide range of services that guide guests through their arrival and departure experiences, creating memorable and unique experiences from start to finish.

Job Responsibility:

Guide guests through arrival and departure experiences
Process operational needs
Address guest requests
Complete reports
Share highlights of the local area
Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds without assistance
Handle objects weighing more than 75 pounds with assistance

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
No related work experience required
No supervisory experience required
No license or certification required
