Job Description:

Guest Arrival Experts deliver memorable experiences for guests from arrival to departure by providing a wide range of services, including addressing guest requests, operational needs, completing reports, and showcasing local highlights, while upholding the Gold Standards of The Ritz-Carlton.

Job Responsibility:

Create a safe workplace
Follow company policies and procedures
Maintain confidentiality

Uphold quality standards
Ensure uniform, personal appearance, and communications are professional
Stand, sit, or walk for an extended time
Move, lift, carry, push, and pull objects weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds without assistance

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
No related work experience
No supervisory experience
No license or certification
