Job Description:

Guest Arrival Experts take the initiative to deliver services that create a memorable and seamless guest experience. They move around the space to fulfill operational needs, assist guests, and ensure their stay is exceptional.

Job Responsibility:

Guide guests through arrival and departure experiences
Process operational needs
Address guest requests
Complete reports
Share highlights of the local area

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
No related work experience required
Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds without assistance and objects weighing more than 75 pounds with assistance
Professional appearance and communication
No supervisory experience required

Nice to have:

Class 5 Driver's License
