Job Description:

Deliver memorable experiences for guests through professionalism and dedication to high-quality service at St. Regis Cap Cana Resort.

Job Responsibility:

Deliver services that guide guests through arrival and departure experiences
process operational needs
address guest requests
complete reports
share highlights of the local area
create a safe workplace
follow reasonable job duties as requested

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
no related work experience required
ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
ability to lift, carry, push, pull, or move objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance and more than 75 pounds with assistance
maintain a professional personal appearance and communications
follow company policies and procedures
maintain confidentiality
protect company assets
uphold quality standards
