Guest Arrival Experts at Nekajui A Ritz-Carlton Reserve are responsible for creating memorable and unique experiences for guests, ensuring proper handling of arrivals and departures, and maintaining the high standards of The Ritz-Carlton brand. Job Responsibility:

Deliver a wide range of services that guide guests through their arrival and departure experiences
process operational needs
address guest requests
complete reports
share highlights of the local area
maintain professional appearance and communication standards
uphold the Gold Standards of The Ritz-Carlton including Employee Promise, Credo, and Service Values.

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
ability to move, lift, carry, push, or pull objects weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds without assistance
ability to move, lift, carry, push, or pull objects weighing more than 75 pounds with assistance
creating a safe workplace
following company policies and procedures
maintaining confidentiality
protecting company assets
upholding quality standards
ensuring uniform, personal appearance, and communications are professional.
