Job Responsibility

  • Deliver a wide range of services guiding guests through arrival and departure experiences
  • Process operational needs
  • Address guest requests
  • Complete reports
  • Share highlights of the local area
  • Maintain professionalism in uniform, appearance, and communication
  • Follow company policies and procedures
  • Uphold quality standards
  • Create a safe workplace
  • Handle physical tasks such as lifting and moving objects
