Job Description:

Guest Arrival Expert position at Four Points by Sheraton Amritsar Mall Road, responsible for welcoming guests, assisting with luggage, providing information about hotel amenities and local areas, arranging transportation, and ensuring exceptional guest service experience.

Job Responsibility:

Greet and escort guests to rooms
Open doors and assist guests/visitors
Inform guests of property amenities, services, and hours
Explain room features to guests
Transport guest luggage to/from rooms
Assist with luggage storage and retrieval
Assist guests with loading/unloading luggage
Supply guests with directions
Arrange transportation for guests
Communicate parking procedures
Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions
Maintain awareness of undesirable persons
Ensure uniform and personal appearance are professional
Welcome and acknowledge all guests
Assist individuals with disabilities
Answer telephones using appropriate etiquette
Develop positive working relationships
Comply with quality assurance standards

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
No related work experience
No supervisory experience
No license or certification required
Ability to read and visually verify information in various formats
Ability to move at required speed (run, walk, jog)
Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
Ability to lift objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance and over 75 pounds with assistance
Ability to move over sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces and stairs
Ability to reach overhead and below knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping
