Job Description:

Guest Arrival Experts take the initiative to deliver a wide range of services that guide guests through their arrival and departure experiences at JW Marriott Dallas Arts District. They are empowered to move about their space and handle operational needs, guest requests, and provide local area information to create memorable experiences from start to finish.

Job Responsibility:

Process operational needs
Address guest requests
Complete reports
Share highlights of the local area
Guide guests through arrival and departure experiences
Create memorable first impressions
Ensure workplace safety
Maintain confidentiality
Protect company assets
Uphold quality standards
Maintain professional uniform and appearance

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
No related work experience
No supervisory experience
No license or certification required
Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended time
Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds without assistance
Ability to handle objects weighing more than 75 pounds with assistance
