Job Description

This Key Front Line Associate position is tasked with assisting our guests efficiently, courteously and professionally in all Concierge services including luggage handling, local area attraction & assistance, valet parking and any reasonable guest request. Maintaining Marriott’s high standard of hospitality at all times by providing professional and personalised service that exceeds expectations; by innovative use of technology and classic hospitality skill sets to provide on the high quality and memorable guest experiences at London Marriott Grosvenor Square.
