The Guest Activity Supervisor oversees the planning, coordination, and daily execution of guest activities and experiences, ensuring each program reflects Bvlgari Resort Bali’s refined service philosophy and commitment to personalized luxury. This role supervises the Guest Activity team, ensuring seamless delivery of recreational, cultural, wellness, and bespoke guest experiences that enhance overall guest satisfaction and engagement. The position acts as a key liaison between guests and internal departments to ensure activities are delivered flawlessly, safely, and in line with brand standards, while also supporting operational efficiency and team development.

Job Responsibility:

  • Oversee the planning, coordination, and daily execution of guest activities and experiences
  • Supervise the Guest Activity team
  • Ensure seamless delivery of recreational, cultural, wellness, and bespoke guest experiences
  • Act as a key liaison between guests and internal departments
  • Ensure activities are delivered flawlessly, safely, and in line with brand standards

  • Assist management in training, evaluating, counseling, motivating and coaching employees
