Tour Ambassador Supervisor

The Tour Ambassador Supervisor reports to the Tour Operations Manager.

Must be fully available on Saturday and Sunday
Must be able to work extended hours due to business requirements including early mornings, late nights, and holidays
High school diploma or equivalent
Able to work well within a team environment, offering assistance and support to team members as assigned
Able to communicate effectively
including the ability to receive and deliver detailed instruction
Ability to pass a background/drug test
Strong background in customer service
Strong interpersonal skills

Job Responsibility

Conduct deployment of Tour Guides and Tour Ambassadors at the start of each shift
Delegate tasks to Tour Guides and Tour Ambassadors in a courteous manner
Ensure proper staffing and breaks are given to Tour staff as required
Provide exceptional customer service to visitors of SoFi Stadium
Maintain a professional image and pleasant demeanor at all times
Conduct Box Office responsibilities not limited to Tour Ticket Electronic Sales, Ticket Redemption, and any general tour related questions
Setup and teardown of daily tour operation supplies (Ticket Scanners, Lanyards, Signs, and Field Activities)
Can learn and deliver the SoFi Stadium Tour according to the operating guideline to Guests in groups of various size ranges
Be knowledgeable about all parts of SoFi Stadium that are on the tour route and in the operating guideline
Facilitate Field Activities as needed

Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and push/pull as needed during shifts

Previous management experience in tourism, outdoor activities, or a related field is preferred
Solid understanding of Lanai's cultural and environmental aspects, and outdoor activities related to Jeep and UTV tours
Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to assess risks, identify issues, and implement appropriate solutions
Ability to work in various outdoor conditions and handle unexpected situations with professionalism and flexibility
Proficiency in using Book4Time (tour management system) and basic computer applications like word processing and spreadsheets

Job Responsibility

Oversee the daily operations of UTV and Jeep tours in Lana'i
Provide safe, informative, and culturally enriching experiences for guests
Lead and develop the tour guide team
Ensure operational efficiency and high guest satisfaction
Manage, train, and develop a team of cultural tour guides
Oversee scheduling, logistics, and daily operations
Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations and instruct guests on proper vehicle operations
Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
Actively engage with guests, respond to inquiries, resolve problems and complaints
Manage and maintain tour equipment, facilities, and resources
