Role Mission: Reporting directly to the Vice President of Store Planning & Facilities, the Store Planning Procurement Manager plays a pivotal role in optimizing indirect procurement and sourcing across the Americas. This position demands a highly resourceful, analytical leader capable of driving significant cost savings while upholding the highest standards of luxury retail construction. You will spearhead regional sourcing initiatives, execute best-in-class purchasing principles, and ensure seamless alignment with Global Store Planning HQ.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Finance, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field desired
5+ years of progressive, high-impact experience in strategic sourcing or procurement
Proven mastery of complex RFx processes, advanced negotiation tactics, and end-to-end contract management within commercial construction or real estate development
Exceptional project management skills with a proven track record of thriving within a highly matrixed, cross-functional corporate environment
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, specifically Excel and PowerPoint for executive-level data modeling and presentation
Direct procurement experience within the luxury retail real estate or high-end store construction sectors preferred
Deep practical knowledge of quantity surveying and rigorous construction cost management
Relevant professional certifications (e.g., CPSM, CIPS, RICS)
Hands-on experience with enterprise e-procurement platforms (e.g., SAP Ariba, Coupa)
Understanding of global trade regulations and international sourcing dynamics
Ability to operate with a strong sense of urgency, high integrity, and absolute dependability in a fast-paced environment
Capable of proactively synthesizing data from diverse sources to troubleshoot complex issues and formulate actionable, data-backed strategies
