Requirements:
Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales management in the luxury retail sector or in a customer service-related industry
Demonstrable experience in developing and implementing successful sales strategies
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems
Passion for fashion and luxury, and a deep understanding of market trends
Availability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
