The Partner: Our partner is a renowned financial institution based in Luxembourg-Ville. As a key player in economic development, this organization manages complex guarantee portfolios in collaboration with hundreds of financial intermediaries (banks, funds, leasing companies) across Europe. To strengthen their Guarantee Portfolio Services (GPS) unit, we are looking for an analytical, proactive professional with expertise in financial data management. The Missions: Reporting to the Head of Unit, you will be responsible for the onboarding, monitoring, and processing of reporting data. Your role focuses on five key pillars: Reporting Cycle Management: Lead the collection, validation, and approval of quarterly and annual data related to guaranteed loan portfolios. Data Mastery & Analytics: Utilize advanced tools (Alteryx, Power BI, Excel VBA) to integrate data flows into internal systems with absolute precision. Operational Client Support: Support external partners (European banks) on operational and reporting topics from the onboarding stage through the entire deal lifecycle. Operational Coordination: Coordinate with external service providers for first-level checks and ensure rigorous follow-up on validation points. Process Improvement: Contribute to the evolution of operational scoring methodologies and reporting guidelines in line with facility requirements. The Profile: Technical Expertise: You hold a Master’s degree (Bac+5) in Economics, Finance, or Modeling and have at least 3 years of relevant experience in the financial sector (Middle-Office, lending, or guarantee institutions). Data-Driven: You have a solid understanding of Alteryx and Excel (VBA). Exposure to PowerAutomate, Power BI, or Python is a strong asset. Languages: Excellent command of written and spoken English (working language). Knowledge of another European language (especially Italian) is a distinct advantage. Soft Skills: Analytical mindset, resilient under pressure, and highly organized. You are proactive and capable of proposing 'out-of-the-box' solutions.
