Job Description:

GTS Client Services Associate is a client-facing role that will deliver globally connected, excellent and market leading service to Standard clients. The jobholder is responsible for managing, owning and handling the transactional needs of clients and delivers the UK GTS Client Service strategy and operating model.

Job Responsibility:

Manage, own and handle the transactional needs of clients
Answer inbound client calls and make outbound calls to address client GTS related queries
Handle, own and resolve clients' transactional issues and complaints
Coordinate with Transaction Services staff, GSD, BDMs, RMs and other internal/external staff for service performance and issues
Deliver high quality service to clients, timely resolution of service quality issues
Implement preventative measures to protect service levels

Requirements:

2 years' experience in client facing role
Trade processes years' experience is preferrable
Orientation to client service and a good understanding of service principles and practices
Good Knowledge of GTS products/ processes
Excellent command of English language (written & speaking)
Strong interpersonal, influencing and communication skills
Strong multi-tasking and problem-solving skills
Strong relationship-building skills
CDCS or CSDG will be an-edge

Nice to have:

CDCS or CSDG will be an-edge
Trade processes years' experience
