Job Description

Encord is hiring a GTM Recruiter to help scale our commercial, sales, and go-to-market teams. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and wants to sharpen their craft across sourcing, screening, and hiring execution. You’ll partner closely with hiring managers and senior stakeholders to move quickly, maintain a high bar, and deliver a consistently strong candidate experience. This is a hands-on role focused on execution, pipeline velocity, and learning-by-doing — perfect for someone looking to grow into a top-tier GTM recruiter!

Job Responsibility

  • Own end-to-end recruiting for high-volume GTM roles, including Commercial Associates, Account Executives, and other revenue-driving positions
  • Manage multiple searches simultaneously while maintaining speed, organization, and quality
  • Source candidates across inbound and outbound channels, using creative and scalable approaches to build strong pipelines
  • Conduct initial screens to assess motivation, role fit, and core competencies
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to align on profiles, interview plans, and hiring priorities
  • Coordinate with Recruiting Coordinators to ensure smooth interview scheduling and candidate communication
  • Maintain accurate data and activity tracking in our ATS (Lever)
  • Use recruiting metrics (pipeline health, pass-through rates, time-to-fill) to continuously improve results
  • Deliver a thoughtful, inclusive, and high-quality candidate experience at every stage of the process

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of recruiting experience, ideally supporting GTM, sales, or commercial roles in a fast-growing company
  • Experience hiring for high-volume or repeatable roles with clear success profiles
  • Strong sourcing fundamentals and comfort with outbound outreach
  • Ability to assess candidates quickly and thoughtfully through structured screens
  • Highly organized, responsive, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities
  • A strong sense of urgency—you like moving fast and getting things done
  • Clear, professional communication with candidates and internal stakeholders
  • Interest in growing your recruiting craft and taking on more responsibility over time

Nice to have

  • Experience recruiting in SaaS, AI, or high-growth startups
  • Familiarity with Lever or other modern ATS platforms
  • Experience working in an in-office or hybrid environment
  • Exposure to data-driven recruiting or pipeline analytics
  • Interest in employer branding, candidate messaging, or improving hiring processes

What we offer

  • Competitive salary, commission, and meaningful equity in a high-growth startup
  • Clear, accelerated growth opportunities as the company scales rapidly
  • Flexible PTO to fully recharge
  • 18 paid vacation days in the U.S. plus federal holidays
  • Annual learning & development budget
  • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision coverage
  • Frequent travel opportunities across the U.S., London, and Europe
  • Bi-annual company offsites, twice-weekly team lunches, and monthly socials

  • Owned and delivered across the GTM breadth at a high-growth SaaS, fintech or AI company - senior leadership hires alongside enterprise and strategic sellers, customer success, solutions engineers and architects
  • Built a real network in the US GTM space - people you've known for years, who answer your messages, who refer to you, who you can pick up the phone to
  • Closed candidates with multiple competing offers - including from top-tier competitors, FAANG-equivalent comp packages, or candidates whose stated motivations didn't match their actual ones
  • Used Ashby, Greenhouse, or similar ATSs as a builder, not just a user - designed your own dashboards, shipped your own automations, brought data forward as the opening move in stakeholder conversations
  • Operated in an AI-leveraged talent function: built workflows with AI tooling, shipped automations, and have strong, current opinions on what good looks like in this space
Job Responsibility
Job Responsibility
  • Own US hiring end-to-end across the GTM and product organisations - spanning the most senior, ambiguous searches (founding-team-shape hires, leadership hires) through to strategic and enterprise sales, technical sales, founding and growing Customer Success, Partnerships, and Marketing
  • Operate as an AI-leveraged builder. Ship your own automations, build your own dashboards, design AI-native workflows for hiring, and raise the bar for what a modern talent function can do
  • Run an outbound-heavy operation. Design the targeting, build the messaging, and run the patterns that turn cold talent into committed hxers
  • Help build hx's brand in the US - partnering on events with our investor base to grow our NYC presence, contributing to employer branding initiatives, and using every candidate conversation as a way to build hx's reputation in the market
  • Bring market intelligence back to the business as a regular input - what's happening at peer fintechs, where the bar is moving, what's shifting in comp and expectations across the GTM spread
