Job Description:

At Vibe.co, we’re shaping the future of advertising by helping brands connect with audiences in more human, data-driven, and measurable ways. Our platform blends creativity, technology, and automation to make advertising more relevant, efficient, and impactful — across every screen, including CTV. We’re growing fast — our goal is to 2.5x revenue in 2026 — and building a go-to-market team will be one of the most important drivers of that growth. The GTM leaders we hire across Sales, Partnerships, Customer Success, and Marketing will directly shape how we scale revenue, expand customer relationships, and establish Vibe as a category leader in CTV. We’re a small, high-performing team that values clarity, speed, and execution. We move quickly, experiment relentlessly, and take pride in doing work that creates real impact. Vibe's growth is exponential, and our go-to-market team is the engine room of that revenue. This role exists because our ability to hit 2.5x revenue growth depends entirely on finding "lions"—Sales and Marketing leaders who can dominate the AdTech space. You will report to the incoming Head of Talent Acquisition in our NYC HQ.

Job Responsibility:

  • Leads full-cycle recruiting for Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success, ensuring a high-velocity, high-quality pipeline
  • Targets and engages elite talent from Tier-1 AdTech and FAANG organizations through direct outbound efforts
  • Partners with GTM leadership to refine ideal candidate profiles, ensuring alignment with aggressive revenue targets
  • Evangelizes the Vibe mission to the market, building a magnetic employer brand for top sellers
  • Streamlines the GTM interview process, maintaining a high bar while ensuring rapid feedback loops

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of hiring high-quota-carrying sales talent in the US AdTech or SaaS market
  • Successfully poached top performers from blue-chip organizations (Google, Amazon, The Trade Desk, etc.)
  • Experience managing complex offer negotiations involving high OTE structures and equity
  • Contributed to the growth of a GTM team during a period of hyper-scale (e.g., doubling headcount in 12 months)

Nice to have:

  • A deep existing network of AdTech sales and marketing professionals in NYC
  • Experience hiring for international market expansion
What we offer:
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance
  • 401(k) plan with company matching
  • Unlimited PTO to recharge and reset
  • Paid parental leave for maternity and paternity
  • Flexible hybrid work model- based in NYC’s Flatiron District
