As a GTM Systems Engineer at Mews, you will own the commercial technology stack that powers our go-to-market motion. This is not a narrow ticket-taking CRM role. It is a high-impact, senior individual contributor position that sits at the intersection of systems architecture, sales process design, and operational discipline. You will serve as the primary technical owner of our GTM tooling, covering everything from CRM administration and lifecycle configuration to outbound automation, data integrity, and reporting infrastructure. You'll be the connective tissue between Sales, Marketing, Finance, Customer Success, and Analytics, ensuring that our commercial systems are clean, scalable, and built to support durable growth. This role is fully remote and reports into the Revenue Operations function.
