Job Description:

Anaconda is seeking a talented GTM Systems Architect to join our rapidly-growing company. This is an excellent opportunity to own the architecture and evolution of our revenue technology ecosystem while applying your expertise to the world of data science, artificial intelligence, and machine learning.

Job Responsibility:

  • Define and execute the strategic roadmap for Anaconda's GTM technology stack, ensuring our systems support both current execution and future scale
  • Design and maintain Salesforce infrastructure—including deal workflows, opportunity management, account hierarchies, and custom objects—to support GTM processes and cross-channel reporting
  • Establish architectural patterns and integration frameworks that enable seamless data flow across marketing automation, sales engagement, enablement platforms, and CRM
  • Drive continuous tool stack optimization and consolidation, ensuring stakeholder needs are met while simplifying our system footprint as we scale
  • Establish Salesforce as the GTM system of record through data governance, regular audits, and management of data imports, updates, and backups across all integrated applications
  • Define and monitor success metrics for system performance, data quality, uptime, and business impact—making our GTM engine measurable and reliable
  • Implement frameworks for proactive monitoring, documentation, and long-term system maintainability
  • Build intelligent, automated workflows that support end-to-end deal flow from lead capture through quoting, contracting, and revenue recognition
  • Oversee integrations with external revenue platforms, marketplace systems, and vendor tools, ensuring seamless data flow and automated processes
  • Explore and implement AI-driven automation opportunities that drive step-change improvements in GTM team productivity and decision-making
  • Lead complex technical projects from inception to delivery, including requirements documentation, stakeholder alignment, technical architecture, and outcome ownership
  • Partner with leaders across Revenue, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Success to translate business objectives into scalable systems designs with measurable outcomes
  • Provide technical guidance and enablement to GTM Operations team members and end users through documentation, training, and change management

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of enterprise application architecture experience, with deep expertise in Salesforce and integrated systems supporting finance, billing, and revenue operations
  • Demonstrated success delivering large-scale Salesforce projects, including scope definition, stakeholder alignment, timeline management, and outcome ownership
  • Deep functional and technical understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud and CPQ, with proven ability to build scalable solutions for quote-to-cash, billing, and operational reporting
  • Strong systems design capabilities, including data modeling, integration patterns, and automation frameworks across modern SaaS stacks
  • Strategic mindset able to translate business objectives into actionable, scalable systems designs while balancing trade-offs
  • Track record of streamlining operations, driving governance improvements, and scaling automation across systems and processes
  • Understanding of SaaS business models and how GTM KPIs and operational metrics drive system requirements
  • Excellent communication skills—able to translate technical complexity into clarity for diverse stakeholders
  • Collaborative, low-ego approach with commitment to team success and fostering an inclusive environment where people of all backgrounds and experiences can flourish

Nice to have:

  • Experience with Salesforce development tools (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, SOQL/SOSL) for custom solutions when declarative tools don't suffice
  • Proven experience leading system migrations, rebuilds, or architecture overhauls at high-growth B2B SaaS companies ($50M+ ARR)
  • Technical fluency with AI-powered workflows, intelligent automation, or event-driven architectures
  • Experience working in fast-paced startups or high-growth environments where you've operated in ambiguous, rapidly evolving contexts
  • Familiarity with open-source, AI/ML, or data science ecosystems, or experience with Anaconda products and modern AI/ML technologies
  • Track record of advancing innovative ideas through sound business case development and demonstrating measurable ROI
  • Previous experience mentoring RevOps or technical systems teams and building creative enablement approaches for internal and external partnerships

  • Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance
  • Short Term and Long Term Disability
  • Paid Parental Leave
  • Monthly Wellness Stipend
