Job Responsibility

Own GTM tooling strategy for the Post-Sales organization support: Design, manage and execute on a roadmap, ensuring tools are optimized for usability, scale, and effectiveness across our CSP, ADS, and CRM tools
Oversee systems project lifecycles from intake through to completion, partnering cross-functionally with GTM, IT, Procurement and BI teams as appropriate
Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand needs, address pain points, and prioritize requests
Maintain documentation, training materials, and best practices guides to minimize institutional knowledge and maximize consistency
Establish yourself as a key resource within the GTM team for best practices and industry standards around scaling through tools
