Job Description:

We are seeking a GTM Systems Analyst to help operate, optimize, and scale the systems that support our Go-To-Market organization. This role is critical to ensuring our Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams operate efficiently, with trusted data and well-governed systems. This role focuses on system stability, scalability, data integrity, and process consistency, while still enabling continuous improvement and evolution of our GTM motion.

Job Responsibility:

  • Own day-to-day administration and optimization of core GTM systems (e.g., Salesforce, marketing automation, customer success platforms, revenue/billing tools)
  • Own system configuration, change management, and release processes to ensure reliability and minimize business disruption
  • Establish and enforce data governance, system standards, and best practices across GTM tools
  • Support the definition and maintenance of key GTM metrics, fields, and data models
  • Analyze existing GTM processes to identify opportunities for automation, standardization, and efficiency
  • Balance flexibility for the business with the need for system discipline and long-term scalability
  • Act as a trusted partner for leaders by translating business strategy into system architecture and workflows

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in GTM Systems, RevOps, Sales Ops, or Business Systems in a SaaS environment
  • Strong understanding of GTM processes across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success
  • Proven ability to manage system changes, prioritize requests, and support multiple stakeholders
  • Salesforce Admin Certification preferred
  • Experience with third-party integrations and installed packages
