Job Description

We’re hiring a GTM Strategy & Operations Manager to join the GTM Strategy & Operations team within Revenue Operations. This team serves as a core strategic and operational business partner to the GTM organizations, playing a critical role in driving GTM growth. In this role, you’ll act as a strategic force multiplier and a trusted advisor to GTM leadership.

Job Responsibility

  • Partner closely with GTM leaders to shape GTM strategy, refine existing processes, and optimize execution across the organization
  • Drive Rhythm of the Business rigor and scalability by implementing operational processes and cadences that enable structured growth
  • Partner with business leaders to define and drive strategic initiatives, iterating on new approaches in ambiguous or undefined areas
  • Independently define and lead high priority GTM initiatives that address complex, high-impact problems
  • Lead research and analysis to shape Harvey’s GTM “Minimum Deployable Unit” strategy and guide resource allocation
  • Identify and remove operational bottlenecks across the customer journey by optimizing the deployment of specialized GTM expertise and resources

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, GTM Strategy & Operations, Consulting, Finance or Legal
  • Ideal candidates will have a combination of operational experience in GTM Strategy & Operations experience in a high-tech growth environment, and experience in investment banking, private equity, venture capital, strategy / management consulting, or other highly analytical roles
  • JD Preferred
  • experience practicing law or legal background is preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to be an effective business partner — you know how to build trusted relationships, navigate different working styles, and influence without direct authority
  • Experience operating autonomously as a senior IC, owning projects end to end without people management
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
