LogicMonitor is seeking a highly analytical, execution-oriented GTM Strategy & Operations Manager to help shape and operationalize our go-to-market strategy. Sitting at the intersection of strategy, execution, and cross-functional alignment, this role partners with GTM leadership and Finance to drive scalable, efficient growth. As a core member of the Business Operations team, you will support executive and Board-level decision-making, develop strategic narratives, and lead cross-functional initiatives that turn strategy into results.
Job Responsibility:
Support GTM strategy development and execution in partnership with Business Operations, GTM leadership, and Finance
Translate company and GTM strategy into clear priorities, operating plans, and execution roadmaps
Develop high-quality ELT and Board materials, including strategic narratives, operating reviews, and performance updates
Synthesize complex data into clear, concise insights for senior stakeholders
Lead cross-functional initiatives across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, GTM Ops, IT, and Finance
Establish program governance, milestones, success metrics, and risk management
Drive operating cadence (QBRs, MBRs, planning cycles) to ensure accountability and alignment
Partner with GTM Ops and Finance to define, track, and operationalize KPIs tied to growth, efficiency, and customer outcomes
Build ROI and progress tracking for strategic initiatives
Champion the application of AI to improve GTM workflows, insights, and execution
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field
4+ years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, corporate strategy, business operations, or high-growth SaaS
Strong preference for experience in GTM Strategy, Business Operations, Revenue/GTM Ops, or Corporate Planning
Advanced proficiency in Google Workspace, Excel/Sheets, and PowerPoint/Slides
Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to structure ambiguity
Strong program management discipline with a bias toward execution
ability to balance strategic thinking with operational detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially for executive and Board audiences
AI-forward mindset with a desire to embed AI into processes and decision-making
