As a GTM Strategy & Operations Associate, you’ll work alongside Sales, Marketing, and RevOps leadership to drive clarity, accountability, and execution across our go-to-market engine. You’ll contribute to strategic initiatives, support operational planning, and help build the systems and insights that power our growth.

Requirements:
3–4 years of experience in consulting, business operations, investment banking, corporate strategy, or similar analytical roles
Strong analytical toolkit: highly proficient in Excel/Sheets
Comfortable in SQL or motivated to learn it quickly
Excellent communication
A builder’s mindset
Detail-oriented but pragmatic
Fast learner with a bias for action
Collaborative and curious
Bring a collaborative, low-ego approach
Interest in SaaS, sales, or GTM strategy
Nice to have:
Previous Sales Operations experience
Prior domain experience in SaaS, sales, or GTM strategy
