Job Description:

We are looking for a technical, hands-on problem solver who will supercharge our revenue team by optimizing our GTM systems, automating workflows, and leveraging AI-driven solutions. This role is critical to ensuring that our revenue teams can focus on selling, retaining, and growing customers without being slowed down by inefficiencies.

Job Responsibility:

  • Eliminate bottlenecks in sales and customer success processes through smart automation and workflow enhancements
  • Leverage AI-powered solutions to improve productivity, reduce manual tasks, and enable data-driven decision-making
  • Configure, optimize and manage tools like HubSpot, Outreach, Gong, Clay, n8n, Nooks and various other revenue tools
  • Architect our tech stack as a competitive advantage, not a bottleneck, by continuously identifying new technologies to experiment with whilst managing any emerging duplication or inefficiencies
  • Design, build, and maintain integrations between revenue systems natively, via workflow automation (n8n), reverse-ETL and via custom APIs
  • Establish well-architected design patterns that maintain data integrity, governance, and hygiene across platforms
  • Establish monitoring that proactively identifies issues early and stops or minimises them before they impact downstream teams
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and bring new technologies and strategies that can accelerate revenue growth

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in GTM Systems, Rev Ops, or a similar role
  • Proficiency in HubSpot, Outreach, Gong, n8n and/or similar tools
  • Strong technical skills, including the use of workflow automation tools (n8n, Workato, Zapier) and exposure to API integrations built via code (Python, JavaScript, or similar is a plus)
  • Experience working with AI within automation and analytics tools
  • A proactive mindset—you don’t just fix issues, you prevent them before they happen
  • Deep understanding of sales and customer success workflows and how technology can optimize them
