GTM Recruiter

• Full-cycle recruiting for GTM roles including AEs, Sales Engineers, CSMs, AMs, and RevOps
• Building and nurturing a high-quality pipeline through sourcing, outbound engagement, network building, and referrals
• Partnering closely with hiring managers to define role requirements, refine selection criteria, and streamline interview processes
• Screening candidates for both functional excellence and cultural alignment—balancing speed with quality of hire
• Delivering a smooth, transparent, and human candidate experience from first touch to offer
• Providing hiring leaders with consistent pipeline updates, market insights, and data-driven recommendations
• Independently leveraging ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and sourcing tools to drive results

• 5+ years of experience recruiting GTM roles in B2B SaaS
• Strong preference for CX industry experience or knowledge of CX technologies
• Success operating in fast-paced, high-growth startup or scale-up environments
• Proven ability to source and close passive, competitive talent
• Strong communication, stakeholder partnership, and project management skills
• Comfort operating independently as a 1099 contractor with full ownership of outcomes
