Job Description

The Go-To-Market (GTM) Operations department is responsible for ensuring the GTM organization (Presales, Sales Development Sales, Customer Success & Services), is properly empowered. This team supports the processes and tools that allow GTM teams to work efficiently and effectively, all while providing insights and analytics to executive leadership to inform business decisions. The GTM Compensation Strategy & Operations team manages the end-to-end Compensation planning program, including design, strategy, budgeting, quotas, systems & reporting, and enablement. This position will support the monthly Compensation process and oversee the administraion and calcualtion of the GTM Compensation Plans.

Job Responsibility

  • Project manage monthly commission calculations, with inputs from Sales Operations, Customer Success, and Finance organizations
  • Day-to-day upkeep of Opimitlzey’s ICM (Incentive Compensation Model)
  • Support GTM teams by answering questions on attainment calculations and compensation payout
  • Work closely with HR and Finance to track employee changes and distribute compensation plans for new hires, promotions and organizational shifts throuhgout the year
  • Provide on demand analysis regarding compensation analytics, including OTE and quota attainment
  • Manage exception requests for attainment and compensation payout
  • Identify / recommend tools to improve performance and standardize processes

Requirements

  • Expertise in Excel
  • Exceptional communication skills, written and verbal
  • Highly motivated and entrepreneurial – you not only can spot problems, but you can marshal resources towards creative solutions
  • Possess strong and effective planning, execution, presentation, communications, negotiations and multi-tasking skills
  • Demonstrate a strong sense of ownership in his or her work
  • Demonstrates a strong problem-solving mindset
  • 2-4+ years of experience in GTM (Sales) Operations, Analytics, FP&A or Total Rewards
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher

Nice to have

Previous experience with Salesforce and commissions tools preferred
